Wilbow has considerable experience in all facets of property development as well as debt and equity funding.

Bill Bowness, chairman of Wilbow Group, has over 40 years experience as a property developer. He oversaw the growth of his company during that period to be one of the largest privately owned property development companies in Australia and ultimately sold his Australian interests to an ASX listed property company in late 2006.

Michael Herskope, the CEO of Wilbow Group, has several years experience in property, corporate, banking and finance law as well as transaction structuring.

Oscar Guglielmi and Jim Dolkas have many years experience in the property industry. Oscar has held senior executive positions with substantial listed and private organisations whose operations have involved property development and investments throughout Australia. Jim has held Senior Executive positions both within the private and public sector. He has substantial property development and construction experience with a  proven capability in managing projects across the entire project cycle from inception to completion.

Wilbow develops property in its own right and partners with developers by providing equity and/or debt to projects. Generally, we will invest in developments with up to a 3 year term which are apartments, townhouses, retail, industrial, mixed use and commercial.
