Our focus is to identify companies, in Australia and internationally, with valuations that do not accurately reflect growth potential or underlying value.
We provide funding (both debt and equity) to companies to facilitate and accelerate growth or be part of a capital solution. We work across a broad range of industries and aim to be flexible in our approach to deliver aligned solutions. Our solutions include contributions to the direction of the business through formal Board involvement or engagement with management.
We look for attractive business models, experienced management and profitable underlying business or a clear path to profitability.
