Wilbow has been developing residential estates in Dallas Fort Worth, Texas, since 1988 and, more recently, in Houston. We supply home builders with finished lot inventory and land bank for home builders seeking to control future stock off balance sheet.

A 260-lot neighborhood, near school facilities and with access to an amenity pavilion, resort-style pool and playground as well as walking paths, dog park and expansive ponds.

Sereno Oaks

A gated 156-lot neighborhood three miles east of Downtown Dallas. Offering detached and attached townhomes and amenities including a resort style pool, pavilion and expansive central park area featuring mature oak and pecan trees.

Riverstone

A 266-lot neighbourhood north of Dallas Fort Worth that will offer 50′ and 60′ lots with homes. A welcome location for commuting residents to North Dallas and Collin County, Riverstone’s amenities include a resort-style pool, pavilion, walking paths and extensive water features.

Riverset

Riverset, once a legacy family farm, is now a 552-home neighborhood in Garland (NE Dallas). The first new home construction in Garland in over 20 years includes a resort style pool and pavilion complete with outdoor game space, pool cabanas, hammocks, expansive central park, large dog park and extensive walking trails.

Fairway Ranch

Fairway Ranch, a 510-lot development, originally served as acclaimed golfer Byron Nelson’s private retreat in Roanoke (W Dallas). The design takes advantage of the topography, allowing rolling hills to merge in with homes, a resort style pool and pavilion, pocket parks, dog parks and substantial walking trails.

The Knolls at Solana

The Knolls at Solana is a 56-lot gated neighborhood in Southlake (W Dallas). This modern neighborhood features winding roads that climb up the ‘Knoll’, with heavy post oak timber on all lots adding a sense of privacy. Amenities include a bocce ball court, covered pavilion and neighborhood garden.
