She joined Wilbow Group in 2020 previously having worked in senior executive assistant/office manager roles in the corporate and not-for-profit sectors. Lyndall has a Masters degree in arts administration and is a qualified yoga teacher.

    Kathy is the Wilbow Group Bookkeeper. With over 25 years of experience in bookkeeping, she specializes in maintaining meticulous records for the Group’s investments and entities. Kathy is proficient in MYOB Advanced and Praemium financial software and is committed to supporting the family’s long-term goals with accuracy and discretion.

    Alice Jin

    Alice is a Chartered accountant with over 10 years’ experience working in public practice, property development, and non-for-profit sectors. At Wilbow, Alice oversees finance operations, collaborates with business units to add value to investment portfolios and contributes to strategic planning through financial data-driven insights.

  • Quinton Dines

    Quinton Dines

    Quinton Dines is currently the chief financial officer and company secretary of the Wilbow Group of Companies. Quinton has experience across finance, tax and structuring of investments. Prior to Joining Wilbow in 2017, Quinton was a senior manager in the Private Tax Services Team of EY working with small public companies and large private family businesses.

    Quinton is a Chartered Accountant and Registered Tax Agent, has a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), is a Chartered Tax Advisor of the Taxation Institute of Australia and a member of the Institute of Financial Professionals Australia

  • Leonie Boxtel

    Leonie Boxtel

    Leonie has held executive and senior management roles with government, higher education, and not-for-profits. Her roles have focused on strategic engagement, management and marketing in the education, arts and community sectors and she brings over two decades of experience leading philanthropy and alumni relations in Australia and Asia. Leonie has a BA from Monash University and Master of Business from RMIT University. She is Board Member of the Australia Japan Foundation, Chair of Melbourne Women’s Foundation, President of the MEXT Alumni Association Melbourne, and former Deputy Chair of Melbourne City Mission.

  • Joe Longbottom

    Joe Longbottom

    Joe joined Wilbow Group in 2018 and his focus is managing the listed equities portfolios, the associated fundamental analysis and trade execution, with investments ranging from emerging ASX-listed companies to global mega-caps.

    In addition, Joe leads Wilbow’s For Purpose investment programme, investing in opportunities which deliver measurable environmental, social and cultural benefits alongside financial returns.

    Prior to joiing Wilbow, Joe worked on the Institutional Equity Research Sales desk of a US investment bank. Joe graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Commerce.

    Wayne Phillips

    Wayne joined Wilbow Group in 2018 with a background in chartered accounting, funds management and private equity.  He focuses on deal sourcing, investment and management of Wilbow’s unlisted equity investments.

    Wayne has a  Batchelor of Commerce from Melbourne University, is a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and the Australian Institute of Company Directors and he has completed Stanford University’s executive program in Strategy and Organisation.  

  • Andrew Hansen

    Andrew Hansen

    Andrew Hansen has more than 14 years across valuations, capital markets, and investment management. Andrew focuses on the identification and management of investment opportunities spanning equity, debt, and partnerships. He works closely with Wilbow leadership and joint venture partners to guide projects from acquisition through to delivery, ensuring optimal commercial outcomes are achieved.

    He brings a combination of market insight and execution capability that supports Wilbow Group’s continued success.

    Andrew is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute and has a Bachelor of Business (Property) and a Graduate Diploma in Valuation from RMIT.

  • Jim Dolkas

    Jim Dolkas

    With more than 30 years of experience in the property development industry, with expertise in identifying, structuring, and delivering successful property investment opportunities. He joined Wilbow in 2018, and as Head of Property Investment and Deal Origination at Wilbow Group, Jim is responsible for sourcing and evaluating new acquisitions, forging strategic partnerships, and guiding projects from concept through to execution.

    Jim has a Bachelor of Building from RMIT.
