  • Jason Massey

    Jason Massey

    Jason is based in Dallas, Texas and is responsible for driving the company’s strategic direction for Wilbow’s single-family development activities in Texas and other investment interests of Wilbow Group in the USA.

    Jason has more than 20 years of experience in real estate investment, development, and finance.

    He previously spent six years as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President for Wilbow Corporation.  Prior to joining Wilbow, Jason worked at Hunt Realty Investments for 13years and KPMG for 4years

    Jason graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

  • Robert (Rob) Pradolin

    Robert (Rob) Pradolin

    Robert has been active in the property industry for over 40 years, most recently as General Manager of Frasers Property Australia (formerly Australand) where he was for over 18 years. He is the founder and Director of Housing All Australians (NFP) and on the Boards of Homes Tasmania and Liverty Housing (formerly Summer Housing). He previously sat on a number of industry bodies including the Property Council of Australia (Vic), the Residential Development Council, the Housing Industry Association (Vic), the UDIA (Vic), Salvation Army Housing, Liveable Housing Australia, the Heritage Council of Victoria and was on the Victorian Board of Advisors of the Property Industry Foundation.

  • Graham Goldsmith AO

    Graham Goldsmith AO

    Graham is Chair of Djerriwarrh Investments Ltd. He is also Deputy Chair of Gandel Group and Gandel Foundation, and a Director of Stars Foundation Inc. Graham was Chancellor of Swinburne University of Technology from 2014 to 2019 and Chair of SEEK Ltd from 2019 to 2026.

    Graham is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD).

    Graham was Vice Chairman and a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs Australia, retiring in 2012 after a 25-year career with the firm in Australia.

    Graham was awarded an Officer (AO) in the General Division of the Order of Australia in 2020 for distinguished service to the community through philanthropic foundations, to education, and to the banking and employment sectors.

  • Michael Herskope

    Michael Herskope

    Michael joined Wilbow Group in 2010 to lead the family office, which had recently been established. He has overseen the steady growth of the organisation in Australia and in the USA.

    Michael commenced his professional career as a corporate and property finance lawyer working with top tier law firms. He then spent several years working in senior executive roles with large, listed corporations before moving to the private Investment sector.

    Michael is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a director of the Maccabi Foundation and graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Economics and Law.

  • Kelly Wyborn

    Kelly Wyborn

    Kelly is a Director of Wilbow Group, the Bowness Family Foundation and other private businesses. She is a Chartered Accountant and member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors with over 30 years of experience across finance, corporate development, M&A, audit, and philanthropy.

    Kelly’s career has included PwC in Australia and Europe, ASX-listed Ramsay Healthcare in a senior corporate development role, and privately owned SMEs. She has a keen interest in understanding new businesses and opportunities, with particular focus on the healthcare and social justice sectors where she volunteers in various capacities.

  • Natasha Bowness

    Natasha Bowness

    Natasha (CA GAICD BEc) is Chair of Wilbow Group and the Bowness Family Foundation. She has extensive experience in property development, governance, strategy, risk, business management, audit and philanthropy (particularly in the areas of education, disability, arts and culture and community).

    Natasha is Deputy Chair of the National Museum of Australia, Trustee of the Helen McPherson Smith Trust, Member of the Australian Ballet Foundation Board, President of the Australian Ballet Annual Giving Program, Member of the Zoos Victoria Development  Committee and a Fellow of Monash University. She is the former Chair of the Museum of Australian Photography and a former Director of Creative Partnerships Australia, and of Zoos Victoria.

  • William (Bill) Bowness AO

    William (Bill) Bowness AO

    Bill Bowness established Wilbow Corporation in 1976, which grew to be one of Australia’s largest privately owned property development companies, with interests in Melbourne, Brisbane, Auckland (NZ), and Dallas (USA). The Australian interests were sold to a major public company in 2006 and Wilbow Group was formed as a family office.

    Bill is Founder and Director of the Bowness Family Foundation established in 2008, which has gone on to make significant contributions to the Australian community. He was previously a Director of Centro Retail Trust, Defence Housing Australia, Housing Choices Australia and Places Victoria. He was Chair of the Museum of Australian Photography (MAPh), Member of Photo Australia Board; and Member of the National Gallery of Victoria Foundation and Board of the Australian Ballet Foundation being made a Life Member of both organisations.

    Bill was awarded an Honorary Doctorate of Business from the University of Queensland in 2015 and was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia (AO) in 2017 for his distinguished service to the arts sector, the property development industry, and philanthropy.
