Jennifer Turner joined Wilbow Corporation in 2016. She is responsible for day-to-day general accounting, lot closings, accounts payable/receivable, construction draws, managing bank accounts and tax reporting, as well as preparing financial reporting packages. Turner has over 10 years of experience in real estate investment and development accounting. In addition, she is a licensed Texas real estate agent and uses her knowledge to assist in land acquisition due diligence. Prior to joining Wilbow, Turner was an Accountant with Hunt Realty Investments responsible for general accounting and preparing financial statements for Hunt’s direct-owned assets. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of West Florida.

Michael Ducoté joined Wilbow Corporation in 2014. He is responsible for overseeing development activities and field construction representing Wilbow’s interest with homebuilders, contractors and municipalities. Ducoté has over 30 years of experience in the construction and development industry. Most recently, he was VP of Cement Sales and Production, COO with Bonsal American for Oldcastle Texas. Ducoté was previously general manager of TXI’s Package Division. Prior to Oldcastle, Ducoté was Director of Land Development for HistoryMaker Homes and was Contracting Manager for Austin Bridge & Road, leading estimating and contract negotiations. Ducoté earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction from Louisiana State University.

Andrew Gillett joined Wilbow in early 2025 as Financial Controller. He oversees accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and treasury. Andrew is a CPA, with over 15 years of professional finance and accounting experience. He holds a master’s degree in accounting from Southern Methodist University and a BBA from the University of Texas RGV.

Bradley McFarland joined Wilbow Corporation in 2020. He is leading the company’s expansion into the Houston Market with Bergamo and Parkway Crossing. His responsibilities include overseeing development activity and construction as well as facilitating the feasibility and entitlement processes. McFarland comes with experience in master plan development and spent the first five years of his career with a Top 5 national homebuilder. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing with an emphasis in Management from Sam Houston State University.

Brandon Luedke joined Wilbow Corporation in 2015. His responsibilities include overseeing development activity and construction. He manages all activities between Wilbow, homebuilders contractors and municipalities. Luedke has over 20 years of experience in the construction and development industry having worked on projects ranging from infill residential developments with entry-level product to custom home, gated communities. Prior to joining Wilbow, Luedke was a project manager for Pritchard Associates, where he managed $200M+ in commercial and residential developments. He also served as a civil engineer in the Land Development Group at Halff Associates, responsible for designing commercial, residential and city parks in the Dallas-Fort Worth market. Luedke earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University. He is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Texas.

Grayson Nastri has joined Wilbow Corporation as Chief Investment Officer. He brings over 10 years of expertise in the real estate industry and will oversee all aspects of the company investments including land acquisitions, development and land banking in the Dallas and Houston markets.
